Pricing and Registration for 10'x10' Exhibitor Booths

Corporate - $500 (Register)

Exhibitor Opportunities

Please email events@eaststaff.org if you are interested in one of the following opportunities available for exhibitors.

Participant Registration Bags

Provide information about your organization to be included in registration bags.

  • Materials must be received by Friday, February 25
  • We anticipate 210 EAST schools with 10 participants per school (2 adults and 8 students each)

Breakout Sessions

As space allows, you may present your own material during a breakout session. We are accepting proposals now. See Call for Presenters for more details.

Arrival & Booth Set-Up

Exhibitors are invited to set up booths on Wednesday, March 14, from 8:30 a.m.–1:45 p.m. or on Thursday, March 15, from 7:15 AM–9:00 AM. On arrival, please visit the EAST Booth to receive your registration packet and booth location.

Booth Rental Includes

  • 10' x 10' booth
  • 6'-8' skirted table
  • 2 chairs
  • 1 electrical outlet
  • Wastebasket
  • A sign featuring the exhibitor’s company name

Suggested Items to Bring

  • Computer(s), monitor(s) and/or projector
  • Extension cords and power strips
  • Decorations for booth
  • Materials to hand out to participants

Cancellations of exhibitor booth space made after February 17 will not be eligible for a refund.

Note: After registering and reserving a booth, an invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. All payments due by February 17. Thank you!

Internet Options

Wireless internet is complimentary at the Hot Springs Convention Center. LAN Lines may be purchased for your booth if you require a reliable internet connection.

  • Advanced Order - $150 per computer
  • On-Site Order - $300 per computer

The Convention Center does not allow hubs, switches or routers to connect more than one computer to a computer with internet access. You will be invoiced for any additional computers, and they can and will be tracked using IP addresses.
